How we work for you

American Nanny & Family Care Services works with you to locate the best care for your family. After receiving your application, client agreement and the processing fee, an American Nanny & Family Care referral specialist will review your application. At that time we may have a candidate to discuss, or we may need to use our resources to locate a better match. If you so desire we will fax candidate applications to you so you may review the candidate’s history before the interview. After each interview, a call to American Nanny & Family Care Services will help assess the need for more candidates and/or the completion of the candidate’s file.
Completed files include:
State drivers' license review
completed reference checks
criminal record check
Our placements are guaranteed for the background work we do, but we can not predict the longevity of a placement. We do however understand the complexity of a work relationship and offer a generous placement discount for our clients. Please see the client agreement for details.
